All our offices are refurbished to the highest standard in keeping with the original features of the beautiful 18th century mill building that we reside in. Many of our offices benefit from exposed brick walls, stone pillars, steel girders and huge oak roof beams. It has real character, and is something you won't find in most office complexes.
We offer flexible contracts from just 3 months, so you can plan your business expenditure more effectively, and of course, should you expand – you won’t have far to move to one of our larger spaces! Also we cover your utilities and your internet – so no long contracts with suppliers. Some of our offices even come with telephones so that's another added extra that you don't have to worry about!
Unlike many business centres, we will cover the cost of decorating your office to your own colour scheme. You choose the colour; we will do the hard work. We’ll even hang your boards and pictures for you! Our friendly and dedicated team are with you every step of the way to make sure you love your new space. On longer term contracts, we can even partition off large spaces to allow for private offices and meeting rooms. We're proud to say that every office is different, and tailored to the exact needs of the tenant.
The businesses in Heritage range from one-person offices to full floors of 25 employees and more. The beauty of this diverse range means that we have a great sense of community and networking tends to come naturally.
